See Nursing Mother In Prison For Pouring Hot Water Mixed With Pepper On Hubby

                  A Nursing mother, Mrs Obiaka Friday, was on Monday remanded in prison custody by an Oredo Magistrates’ Court sitting in Benin for pouring hot water mixed with pepper on her husband.
          The mother of three was said to have committed the offence on Nov. 8, 2014, at First Ihogbe St., Institute of Continuing.Education (ICE) Road, Benin City. According to NAN, the Nursing mother Friday, who was first arraigned on Monday, however, pleaded guilty to the one-count charge.

The court was told that the victim was still critically ill at the Central Hospital in Benin with injuries.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Williams Aziegbemhin, adjourned the case till Nov. 17, for the Police to present the facts of the case.
