One of the females hostels, Moremi Hall, at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife in Osun state, was devastated by fire this morning December 18, 2014.
The fire started from an electric spark from a hotplate in one of the rooms in the hostel, according to reports.
The students of the OAU recently spark bloody clash after the visit of President Goodluck Jonathan to Obafemi Awolowo University on November, 28, Friday, that left no fewer than 6 persons seriously injured.
