Actor Vincent Opurum who was once linked to dating actress Tonto Dikeh in 2011 and also revealed in an interview that he doesn't like to make his relationship affair a public one just got engaged to his girlfriend Joy. He popped the question to her early hours of today and Joy excitedly said YES. Congrats to them!!!
