"This so bad, its an example of the disgrace that parade himself as a police officer. it was12:00 noon and he was so drunk that he fell inside a dirty gutter. This happened along old Ife road in Ibadan.
 he is a traffic officer that was attached to Onipepeye Junction. I hope government will do something about this."
