6 UK Tourists Including A Top Company Executive Face Charges For Nude Bathing In Rome’s Ancient Fountain

In what has been described as “an orgy in Ancient Rome”, six Britons were caught in security cameras as they skinny dipped in the ancient fountain of Naiads in Rome.
The big spenders reportedly work with environmental agencies in the UK and each paid about 200 Euros per night for their hotel. That night, which was supposed to be their last, they reportedly drank heavily and wanted to make it as memorable as possible, hence the idea of bathing in the nude.

Daily Mail reports that 39-year-old Ben Rosedale is a top director with UK’s Environmental Dimension Partnership, while the others work with the same company.

They have all been charged for obscenity.

But, this is not the first time tourists have been arrested for breaking laws. Last February, two American sisters Lindsey and Lesley Adams were arrested for taking nude selfies at the Angkor’s Preah Khan Temple in Cambodia, an act of gross disrespect.
