‘Arrow’ Dropped A Huge Bombshell In The Season Premiere (SEE)

Spoiler alert! The following contains massive spoilers from the Arrow season four premiere. I’m sorry, did what I think just happen actually happen?

After a season premiere that did much of what we expected it to do by bringing Oliver and Felicity back to Starling City and reintroducing him as the Green Arrow. But then at the end of the episode, just as we expected to get some closing credits and scenes of Oliver kicking butt next week, it threw us through a loop.
Seriously we’re going to talk major spoilers now.

The final scene of “Green Arrow” brought us six months into the future (a new device on a show that so heavily relies on flashbacks), where Oliver is standing in front of a fresh grave with Barry Allen (aka the Flash). And this happens:

AND THAT’S ALL WE GET. THE CAMERA NEVER SHOWS US WHOSE GRAVE IT IS.
I don’t know about you guys but I was literally yelling at the TV when this happened.

With the appearance of Barry and the theme of this episode, it looks like the show is hinting that Felicity is the one in that grave. Which would be kind of mean considering how much it took for Felicity and Oliver to get together in the first place. And when I say “kind of mean” I do mean REALLY REALLY CRUEL.

Six months is a long time (in show time and I assume actual time), so we’re likely going to have to wait awhile to find out who is in the grave. But goodness if it won’t be hard not knowing.
