Diezani Alison Reportedly Set to Undergo Surgery Next Week for Breast Cancer

According to Sahara Reporters, Diezani Alison-Madueke‘s lawyer, Oscar Onwudiwe, has confirmed that the embattled former minister of petroleum resources has been undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. He also reportedly mentioned that she will have surgery next week.

Onwudiwe is also said to have stated, “the health crisis has unfortunately exacerbated in recent times.”

He also revealed that Alison-Madueke’s husband will be traveling to the UK soon.
