Nairobi police said that they have arrested James Mugo Ndichu, also known as Mugo Wa Wairimu, after being accused of administering a sedative before raping the woman and operating 10 unregistered medical clinics.
Ndichu was arrested after a video was uploaded to the Internet, which shows him raping an unconscious woman who was lying on a hospital examination table.
The victim filed a complaint with the police, and the suspect was arrested while staying at the Gitungo Hotel.

Defendant Salim Ali, 44, was sentenced in the Delaware County court on Friday afternoon. When the pregnant woman, Deanna Ballman, disappeared,, her family said that she had responded to an advertisement on Craigslist for housekeeping.
Instead, investigators determined that the 23-year-old woman had taken to prostitution after moving to Ohio, following a divorce, which left her with no financial means. Ballman was nine months pregnant at the time of the incident.
