One obvious conflict is with the reality star’s new romance with NBA star James Harden, who she has been dating for around four months.

While the couple’s romance is still very new – they were only first spotted together on the July Fourth holiday weekend – they had seemed smitten.

Whether attending a UFC fight, or simply picking up Mexican fast food at Chipotle, it was clear the couple were delighting in one another’s company.

Their relationship moved quickly, and when Harden turned 26 at the end of August, it was 31-year-old Khloe who took control of his birthday celebrations.

And while the extravagant fireworks celebration may have annoyed the residents of the quiet neighbourhood it disturbed, it certainly met with the seal of approval from Harden.

In a new interview, apparently given prior to Lamar’s collapse, he talked of his appreciation for Khloe.
