Justin Bieber Wins Halo Hall Of Fame Awards

Justin Bieber emerged the inaugural winner of the Halo Hall of Fame Award on Saturday in New York City. However, he did not allow the night to be about himself alone, as he paid respect to the victims killed on Friday in Paris by ISIS terrorists in his acceptance speech. The singer was recognized for his helping heart when he received the first ever Hall of Fame Award at the Nickelodeon Halo Awards. See more photos ;
