Are these President Buhari’s shoes really $8000? (photos)

 I don’t know how much mens’ shoes cost and I don’t know what shoes this is, but PDP member, Deji Adeyanju, claims these shoes the President wore today to board a flight to Equatorial Guinea cost $8000…see another tweet after the cut. :
