Panama scandal: Iceland's sworn in new PM

Iceland's new Prime Minister Sigurdur Ingi Johannsson was sworn in Thursday after his predecessor resigned over the Panama Papers scandal, AFP journalists reported.

Johannsson, the former fisheries and agriculture minister, takes over from Sigmundur David Gunnlaugsson and is set to take Iceland into legislative elections expected in the autumn.
