 Some Nigerian policemen, SARS department allegedly did this to civilians on the streets of Eket, Akwa Ibom.

According to Solomon Buchi who shared the pics on Facebook, the policemen also flogged and beat up folks, cut their hair with scissors, all with the stand that they are looking for cultists.
