40 fresh Nigerians deported by Italian government

 40 Nigerians were on Tuesday deported by Italian government. One of them was deported for alleged drug trafficking, while the remaining 39 were repatriated over immigration related offences.

They arrived Lagos airport around 8pm, and were received by officials of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
The latest deportation came three days after 23 Nigerians were deported from the United Kingdom amidst gale of deportation in recent times.
