The Head, National Office of the Council, Charles Eguridu, said that “Nigeria has the highest number of examination irregularities among the five member countries of the West African Examinations Council”.

He made the revelation while speaking at a Road Show on Examination Malpractices Sensitization held in Abuja.

Rains, flood kill 36 in Pakistan: official

Torrential rains and floods in Pakistan have left 36 dead and affected more than 250,000 people, disaster management officials said Saturday, with swollen rivers and water channels damaging hundreds of villages.

Peacekeeping: Nigerian Army Deploys 700 Troops To Liberia

The Nigerian Army on Friday deployed another batch of 700 officers and soldiers to Liberia on a peace keeping mission.

The troops are expected to depart Nigeria for Liberia in a couple of days.
