Boko Haram: Bodies Found In Mass Grave At Damasak

A mass grave containing at least 70 bodies has been found in a town recently recaptured from Boko Haram, Niger and Chad soldier report.

The soldiers said the bodies were found in Damasak in Mobbar Local Government Area of Borno State in north-eastern Nigeria, a town they entered on Saturday.

Court Suspends Proceedings Of Suit Challenging Use OF Card Reader

A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted an order of stay of proceedings in a suit challenging the plan by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to use the electronic card reader machine in Nigeria’s forthcoming general elections.

The trail judge, Justice A‎deniyi Ademola, said the order of stay of proceedings is to subsist pending the determination of an appeal by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and some other defendants challenging a March 13 ruling of the court.

An attorney for Marty Nesbitt said Thursday that his client bought the property. Seth Madorsky says Nesbitt didn't have any partners or co-investors in the deal.

Suicide Bombers Kill 126 In Yemen Mosque Attacks

Suicide bombers in the Yemeni capital Sanaa blew themselves up during Friday prayers at two mosques used by supporters of Shi'ite rebels, killing 126 people and wounding 260 in the country's deadliest militant attack in years, medical sources said.

Islamic State, an al Qaeda offshoot that has seized large areas of Iraq and Syria, claimed responsibility for the attacks, in which four bombers wearing explosive belts targeted worshippers in and outside the crowded mosques.

A woman known to be a teacher has been arrested for having sex with her student after police say they discovered her in a car with a 17-year-old boy whose cinch was unfastened alongside two condoms. Teacher sex with student in car Hannah Heekin, 23, was accused of two checks of crime sexual battery on Wednesday.

At least 16 people were killed when suicide bombers blew themselves up at two mosques in the Yemeni capital Sanaa during Friday's noon prayers, according to medical sources.

The mosques are known to be used mainly by supporters of the Shi’ite Muslim Houthi group which has seized control of the government.

The two gunmen who killed 21 people in an attack targeting foreign tourists at the Bardo Museum in Tunis received weapons training in Libya, Tunisia's security chief said Wednesday.

Nigeria's President Predicts Boko Haram Defeat Within A Month

FBI Probing Death Of Black Man Hanging From Tree In Mississippi

March 19 (Reuters) - The FBI is investigating the death of a black man found hanging from a tree in Mississippi on Thursday in what may be either a criminal case or a suicide, the agency said.

The man, who authorities did not name, was found more than two weeks after he had gone missing in a wooded area in Claiborne County in western Mississippi, about half a mile from his home, Jackson-based FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jason Pack said in a statement.

Justin Bieber’s former neighbor is suing the pop star for emotional distress claiming the singer’s bodyguard called him a “little Jew boy.” Jeff Schwarz, whose home Bieber infamously egged, alleges in court documents that the 21-year-old star also terrorized his young daughter and wife.

In a lawsuit filed by Schwartz, Bieber’s former neighbor says the slur was hurled sometime before the singer pelted his house with eggs in January 2014. US Senate To Delay Committee's Iran Bill Vote

US Senate Democrats and Republicans agreed on Thursday to delay until at least mid-April a vote on a closely watched bill that would require President Barack Obama to seek the approval of Congress on any nuclear agreement with Iran.

Congressional aides told Reuters the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s vote will now take place on April 14.

Yemeni Tribesmen Free Kidnapped Frenchwoman

Yemeni tribesmen on Thursday freed a French woman and a Yemeni woman kidnapped last month in the capital Sanaa, tribal sources told Reuters.

Frenchwoman Isabelle Prime, a consultant for Yemen’s Social Fund for Development, and her Yemeni translator Shereen Makawi were abducted by gunmen in downtown Sanaa while the pair were on their way to work.
