I Was in utter disbelief when I read this report online, but after some scrutiny i found out it is true! Come with me and read how the average Nigerian senator is paid:

                      The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has discovered 144 illegal entry points into the country.
                      Consequently, there is need to increase the number of its men to reduce the increasing number of immigrants trooping into the country.
                        The Comptroller General of Immigration, Mr. David Parradang who stated this during the Passing Out Parade (POP) ceremony of the second batch of border patrol corps officers and men said the 500 men were trained specifically on border patrol to man the nation’s borders against illegal entry into the country.

Popular comedian Mc Abbey has slammed the All Progressive Party’s presidential candidate, Muhammad Buari for declaring his assets on facebook.

General Buari had earlier posted this message on facebook “I have at least one million naira in my bank, having paid N5.5 million to pick my form from my party. I have around 150 cattle because I am never comfortable without cows. I have a house each in Kaduna, Kano, and Daura which I borrowed money to build. I never had a foreign account since I finished my courses in the USA, India and the UK. I never owned any property outside Nigeria. Never”
Reacting however, comedian Mc Abbey wrote:

A man was arrested, charged and convicted of possessing criminal property after purchasing a chimpanzee skull among other illegal items, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

Now, the man who purchased protected species on the Internet, including the skull of a chimpanzee, was sentenced to a total of 10 months in prison at the Croydon Crown Court.

The judge however, suspended the sentence for 18 months.

The Abia State Command of the Nigeria Police have arrested some criminals in possession of illegal arms and ammunition as and some students who came into the state to pose as political thugs.

Kano state Governor, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso has reveled that he was enlightened by the All Progressives Congress presidential primary as he got to know his growing political stature across the country.

                       Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah has granted $35 million to fight Ebola in an effort to slow a death toll which has reached nearly 6,400, the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) said Thursday.
                       The grant will provide schools in West Africa with heat sensors and medical equipment to help prevent and treat the illness, Ahmed Mohamed Ali, president of the Jeddah-based IDB, said in a statement.

A dispatcher didn't tell officers involved in the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old boy last month that the gun might not be real or that the person might be a child, a Cleveland police union official said Friday.
