Delta state governor Okowa appoints new rectors for three Polytechnics in the state

 Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has appointed three new rectors for the three polytechnic in the state.

The three polytechnics, according to senatorial districts are Delta state polytechnic, Ogwashi Uku in Delta North; Delta state polytechnic, Ozoro in Delta South and Delta state polytechnic, Oghara, the country home of James Ibori in Delta central.
The newly appointed rectors are Prof. Job Akpodiete as rector for Ozoro polytechnic, Professor Chiemeke Stella as rector for Ogwashi Uku Poly and Prof. Emmanuel Apoyi Opujor as rector for Oghara Polytechnic.

The appointment was contained in a statement signed by Secretary to the state government, Festus Agas and made available to NAIJ.com in Asaba, the Delta state capital..

Prior to the appointment of the new rectors, Dr. Jacob Oboreh was rector of Ozoro poly, Mrs. Edna Mogekwu was rector of Ogwashi Uku Poly while Mrs. Clara Sogbaike was rector of Oghara polytechnic.
