Rapture Has Started, Christians Rejoicing, 1000 People Missing

In a little town of Glenrock early Thursday, it has been reported that almost 1000 residents went missing overnight. It is so alarming because the police are searching everywhere but they have not found them. Some Christians believed that they have been taken into heaven by heaven in ‘the rapture’

“They just disappeared,” said a resident. “My husband was gone. Just gone. I’m sad I’ve been left behind, but happy for him. But who knows, maybe I will be raptured later today.”
“There was a brilliant light that came shining into my bedroom window around 3:00 am that woke me up,” said another resident who was also left behind. “I didn’t know what it was. I got up, checked my kids’ bedrooms and they were gone.”

Arccording to report In the autumn of 2012, police went to the home of the widow of a bus driver in a small town in northern Italy, they at long last struck lucky. Police forces in Amchide

The once lively trading town of Amchide in the north of Cameroon became a ghost, abandoned to the army by the residents terrified of attacks by the Boko Haram insurgents.
After a number of raids in the past year by the insurgents from Cameroon neighbour, just across the western border, the greater part of inhabitants have fled.
Nobody cook in the courtyards of the houses of clay and brick while multi-coloured robes and children’s laughter are things of the past.
A military one dug in about 800 metres (875 yards) from the frontier and the deadly danger on the other side are the remaining human presence here.
The resident from a nearby village, Abba, said, “Before, this was a bustling town, with crowds. Chadians, Cameroonians and Nigerians came here and traded in all kinds of things.”
A lot of people in the town ran the danger of slaughter and abducting by Boko Haram for months, but the condition further worsened when the terrorists in September invaded Banki, the extension of their town on to Nigerian territory.

                          President Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party are eyeing votes from the South-West to ensure the victory of the party at the first ballot during the 2015 presidential poll, investigations have revealed.
                           The President and his party feared that winning the North-West and the North-East might be impossible during the presidential election.
                            It was learnt that they had become jittery because of the realisation that losing the South-West might cost them the presidential election.
The party has, therefore, mandated members of the party from the zone holding public offices to ensure the victory of the President.

                             The Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal has upheld the dismissal of a N1.5bn libel suit instituted by Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Sullivan Chime, against The Guardian Newspaper and Chief Okechukwu Ezea, his opponent in the 2007 gubernatorial election.
                         The appellate court, in a lead judgement delivered by Justice Rita Pemu on Friday, said Justice Kazeem Alogba of the Lagos State High Court, was right in dismissing Chime’s libel suit for lack of merit.
                      The governor had instituted the suit claiming damages in the sum of N1.5bn from Ezea and The Guardian Newspapers Ltd.

Chime had alleged that Ezea defamed him through a publication on page seven of The Guardian Newspaper of August 14, 2007.
According to Chime, Ezea had defamed him by publishing in the newspaper that he had plotted to kill him.
Ruling on the suit, Justice Alogba of the lower court, had however, dismissed the suit for lack of merit and awarded a cost of N100, 000 against Chime.

Baby kidnappers have stormed Benue State as no fewer than seven babies, including a one-year-old have been abducted by suspected kidnappers in Benue State, within a week.
Nigerian Tribune gathered that the abductors had invaded several parts of the capital city of Makurdi and carries out their nefarious activities, even during day time.
It was gathered that a two-year-old baby strapped on the back of her mother, Ifeoma, was lost to unknown kidnappers, who snatched the baby from her back into a waiting moving vehicle.

It was further gathered that the incident which happened in the full glare of passers by and residents of Wadata sharp bend in Makurdi, could not be saved, as the vehicle sped off.

A 26-year-old undergraduate of Cairo University, Egypt, Rilwan dedigba was on Thursday jailed by a Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja for 30 months for duping an American woman.

Rilwan Adedigba who confessed to defrauding an American lady, Zen Cariboso, of $1,100 was said to have committed the crime on January 30 in Lagos.

Punch reports that Justice Kudirat Jose, who gave the judgement order the convict to make restitution to the victim by refunding the stolen $1,100 and also forfeiting to a car he had acquired with the proceeds of the illegal business to the Federal Government.

The convict who was arraigned before the court on five counts centring on cyber fraud pleaded guilty to all the counts and entered a plea bargain with the Economic nad Financial Crimes Commission.

According to reports informed that the Nigerian military has recaptured Mubi town in Adamawa State, northern Nigeria from the Boko Haram insurgents.

According to BBC report, the terrorists are currently fleeing from the Nigerian soldiers.

Also, a resident in Mubi confirmed the information to newsmen, saying that: “Earlier today, soldiers launched a fierce attack, which saw the Boko Haram militants retreating.

“They have chased them away, but I’m not sure how far they went‎. Right now, people are still afraid of returning to the town because of the shock of the capture.

An unnamed man has landed in trouble in Onitsha, Anambra State after he was accused of having marathon sex with a 7 months old woman who died after the act.

According to a report published by the Vanguard newspaper on Friday, 14 November, 2014, the police in Anambra State are interrogating the accused to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of the late pregnant woman.

It was gathered from a police source that the young man had allegedly taken the deceased to an undisclosed hotel in Onitsha, only for the hotel staff to discover that the woman was dead in the morning.

The incident, the source said, occurred on Tuesday when the man allegedly checked into the hotel with the heavily pregnant woman, only to find out in the morning that his partner could not wake up on Wednesday morning.

        The Senate on Thursday passed the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Bill 2014 in a bid to bring an end to the current crisis rocking football administration in the country.
                   The Bill which repealed the Nigeria Football Association Act 2004 was passed after a clause-by-clause consideration by lawmakers.

A 35-year-old man, Andrew Ekanem, has been arrested by the police for allegedly raping his neighbour’s daughter in the Bariga area of Lagos State. And according to PUNCH Metro, the 14-year-old victim was still undergoing a six-month treatment for tuberculosis when she was attacked by the suspect on Monday morning. She was the first of her parents' children.
The mother of the victim, Mrs. Adenike Aderinkomi, a trader, told PUNCH at their house on Akilo Street that her daughter went to ease herself in the early hours of the morning when she was cornered by the Cross River State indigene. She claimed the suspect penetrated her daughter through the anus and vagina.

                       Players of Dolphins Football Club have threatened to boycott the Final of the Federation Cup, if the Rivers State government fail to meet the commitment it made to offset part of their outstanding entitlements.
                      The players made the declaration on Friday as another drama played out shortly before their journey to Katsina Ala to face Lobi Stars in the last game of the season.

Confirming the development to Premium Times, the director of press to the Adamawa Governor, Phineas Elisha, said the synergy between the vigilante group and the Nigerian military helped to chase the insurgents out of the town which they captured two weeks ago
