Denny Peterson has been put on a paid leave after he had dragged a 14 year old girl across the floor and into the pool because she had refused to swim. He is now facing a charge of 'corporal injury to a child.
The little girl didn’t want her hair to be ruin by the water but this had angered Denny who had dealt with her. A video of the incident is online where he had grapple the young girl, she can be heard screaming "my top is falling down" while classmates look on in shock.
The mother said: "It makes me want to cry seeing the video.
"I was really upset.
"I was embarrassed and angry that he was doing all of this in front of people, just putting his hands on me."
Gilbert Somera, the attorney representing the girl, said: "Regardless of her participation it should disgust you how this man put his hands on a 14-year-old girl.
"She said multiple times, 'my top is falling down'."
