Nigerians on Tuesday commemorate the 17th memorial anniversary of late sage, Chief Moshood Kashimawo Abiola, the acclaimed winner of the June 1993 presidential elections died in detention.
It was on July 7, 1998 that Nigerians were thrown into a mourning mood following the death of the philanthropist, MKO.
Notwithstanding, his sacrifices and struggles for democracy to thrive in the country has not been forgone by many democracy-loving individuals and groups.
