Sad! Obafemi Awolowo University Professor Dies In His Office

Obafemi Awolowo University lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine was reported to have died in his office yesterday.

Professor Solomon Ogunniyi, a lecturer of OAU, reportedly passed away in his office on Thursday November 5.

The professor of Medicine and a former provost of the college of Health Sciences, was said to have passed out in his office without anyone noticing for a while.

However, when people noticed he had been in his office for a while without exiting, they went in to check on him and found his lifeless body slumped in his chair.

The cause of his death has not been made known.
