The Weinstein Company/ Dimension are putting up the money for the series, though it’s not known which channel it’ll end up on. They, and we guess it’ll either be Showtime, HBO, or either Netflix or Amazon.
The character of Red Sonja originated from the world of Conan The Barbarian, and was adapted into a 1985 movie that starred Brigette Nielson and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
