Justin Bieber’s former neighbor is suing the pop star for emotional distress claiming the singer’s bodyguard called him a “little Jew boy.” Jeff Schwarz, whose home Bieber infamously egged, alleges in court documents that the 21-year-old star also terrorized his young daughter and wife.
In a lawsuit filed by Schwartz, Bieber’s former neighbor says the slur was hurled sometime before the singer pelted his house with eggs in January 2014. As Gossip Cop previously noted, Bieber ultimately paid Schwartz $80,000 in damages, pleaded no contest to the vandalism, and was also put on probation.
Now, in Schwartz’s lawsuit, he says he approached Bieber back in 2013 and asked him to stop drag racing his Ferrari up and down their neighborhood because of the potential danger of hitting a resident.
Schwartz alleges Bieber’s bodyguard then came up to him and called him “a little Jew boy” and repeatedly taunted, “What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?” Schwartz, in his court papers, also claims that similar insults were directed toward his wife and daughter, too.
Neither Bieber, who recently apologized during an “Ellen DeGeneres” appearance for his past actions, nor anyone from his camp has yet to comment on the new lawsuit."
