The Argentine is reportedly unsettled in England after struggling with form and security at his home, but has had ‘7’ added to his vast selection of permanent inkings on his arm

Angel Di Maria has had his Manchester United shirt number tattooed on his arm in an impressive showing of commitment to Louis van Gaal’s side.

The Argentine was handed the No.7 shirt after becoming the club and British-record signing last summer for €75 million, previously worn by the likes of David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and Eric Cantona at Old Trafford.

Di Maria has struggled to settle into life in the Premier League, having lost his place to Ashley Young in United’s midfield before the house him and his wife share was the target of an attempted buglary.

However, any talk of a summer exit could be meaningless with Di Maria proudly displaying his new inking.
