The exiled returnee former governor of Adamawa state, Murtala Nyako who returned to the country on Saturday did not get the protection he wanted from newly inaugurated government of President Muhammadu Buhari, as he is currently being interrogated by EFCC officials in Abuja.
According to Sahara Reporters, Nyako turned himself in to the anti-graft agency earlier today June 1st.
He is being interrogated over allegations bordering on financial impropriety and gross misconduct which are the reasons why he was impeached from office.
