Kim Kardashian Pregnant, Expecting Second Child

Kim Kardashian is pregnant again! The reality star is expecting baby no. 2 with husband Kanye West, she announced in the May 31 midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

In the scenes teasing the second half of KUWTK’s season, an excited Kim spilled the news to her family, saying, “I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!”

Before the episode aired, Kardashian teased some “exciting news” coming.

The mom of North West, 23 months, has been vocal about her struggle to conceive a second child. She even allowed KUWTK cameras to document her visits with a fertility doctor throughout season 10 of the E! reality hit.

Kardashian and West announced their first pregnancy after West referred to Kardashian as his “baby mama” while performing in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 2012.X
