7 Dead, Several Injured As Bomb Goes Off At Mosque In Maiduguri (See)

Barely 2 days after a triple explosion hit at Ajilari cross area in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital, another twin explosions went off inside a mosque in Mala neighborhood of Maiduguri, Nigeria, according to Civilian Joint Task Force. This is according to a report by Former Al Jazeera America Middle East Correspondent, Nick Schifrin.

    “The explosions occurred at three-minute intervals and seven people were confirmed dead, including the three suicide terrorists,” said army spokesman Colonel Sani Usman.

    Eleven others sustained “various degrees of injuries”, he added.
