The most wanted fugitive from last November’s Paris attacks has been captured in a Brussels shootout, Belgian newspaper DH has reported.
Belgian federal prosecutors confirmed that they found Salah Abdeslam’s fingerprints, a prime suspect following the November 13 Paris attacks, in a Brussels raid on Tuesday.
The raid is still continuing in search of the two other men who were seen with him previously.
One person was wounded and possibly killed during a police raid in the Brussels district of Molenbeek today.
Abdeslam is currently being interrogated.
Story is still developing
