A photographer Claudia González has snapped the portraits of 12 Cuban transgender men and women both before and after their sex changes. She shot the series with hopes of empowering her subjects, who face a daily battle against Cuba's discrimination against the LBGT - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender - community... She took photos of them before and after their transition.
