MANCHESTER UNITED have been drawn against Club Brugge in the Champions League play-off round.
Louis van Gaal’s men will host the Belgian side at Old Trafford in the first leg on Tuesday August 18.
And the reverse fixture will take place a week later on Wednesday August 26.
Club Brugge finished second in the Belgian Pro League last season to qualify for the third qualifying round in this year’s competition.
They beat Greek giants Panathinaikos 4-2 on aggregate to book their place in the crunch play-off round.
Brugge have been Belgian champions on 13 occasions and are bossed by former international keeper Michel Preud’homme.
Elsewhere in the draw, Celtic will have to get past Swedish side Malmo to reach the lucrative group stages.
