According to Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Chairman, Alhaji Sulaiman O . Olanrewaju, price of petroleum products may crash next week.
Olanrewaju made this statement at a meeting in Ilorin on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. He urged IPMAN members to quickly dispose the petroleum products they have in stock to avoid loss when the price crashes.
According to IPMAN Chairman “Price of petroleum products may crash next week from the information we gathered and we want to urge our members to sell out the products they buy at high prices to avoid loss. We are also glad to tell you that the products will be available in Ilorin soon.”
Olanrewaju said they cannot sell the product they bought at N96 for N87 adding that the price of fuel will soon go back to normal price as most filling stations are selling above N87."
