Chibok Girls: Boko haram will not negotiate without the input of ISIS – Jounalsit Salkida says

Hours after President Buhari said the Federal government is negotiating with Boko Haram on the release of the Chibok girls, Journalist Ahmad Salkida who has reported extensively on Boko Haram activities in Nigeria, says Boko Haram as it stands now will not carry out any negotiations without the input of ISIS.
