President Buhari departs Malabo after attending the Maritime and Security Patrol Agreement signing

 President Buhari attended the Agreement signing on the establishment of combined Maritime Policing and Security Patrol Committee between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea today, March 15. Pictured is the Minister of Defence, Mansur Dan signing the agreement. President Buhari held a press conference shortly before he departed Malabo.
