The snaps have caused a storm online over the last few days, with some suggesting that they are a sign the social media queen has been photoshopping all of her images over the years.
Although Kim is yet to publicly comment on the backlash, the reality TV star did respond with a racy picture on the photo sharing website.
Flaunting her cleavage, toned tummy and famous curves, she posed for the candid snapshot, and simply wrote: "Hey"
It comes after the pictures in question were taken on a recent trip to Mexico - and they show Kim with cellulite on her world-famous rear.
It's unusual to see Kim looking anything but completely flawless, and the pictures have led fans to accuse her of ‘being fake’ and ‘misleading’ them.
"Absolutely unbelievable. Wake up and face reality. Photoshop is your best friend @KimKardashian,” one angry comment read.
Others accused her of having plastic surgery, writing: "Kim you make me feel sick talking about your flawless body when you run to the plastic surgeon for everything. There is nothing real about you.”
A fourth fumed: “And yet they want young ladies to look up to them. With such language they speak I wouldn’t allow my dog to follow them, I am UNFOLLOWING.”
Alongside a picture of Kim and Kourtney together, another wrote: “The natural one. Kimmy would look that good too if she stayed away from all that plastic surgery. Injections, implants, shots; just say no.”
Given Kim is one of the most followed celebrities in the world with almost 100million followers, losing 100,000 isn’t even going to make a dent - but it does suggest her social media crown could be slipping.
And plenty of others, however, have rushed to Kim’s defence, praising her curves and saying everyone has cellulite.
One fan tweeted: " Kim Kardashian gets criticism when her bum is airbrushed & also gets criticism when her bum is un-airbrushed, this doesn't make sense."
