Shania Twain: 'I Wish I'd Never Met Cheating Friend'

Shania Twain still wishes she had never met the friend that stole her husband seven years ago.During an appearance on Wednesday's (11Mar15) Watch What Happens Live! show in America, host Andy Cohen asked his guest what she would say if she came face to face with marriage-wrecker Marie-Anne Thiebaud.

The singer said, "I'd say, 'I wish I'd never met you'."

Twain then admitted she did run into Thiebaud once, but was too nervous to say anything to her former friend, who broke up her marriage to producer Mutt Lange.

The Man, I Feel Like a Woman hitmaker, said, "You panic in those situations. I didn't know what to do.

"I think there are some people in life you'd say, 'I wish I had never met that person'."

Lange's romance with Thiebaud ended his 15-year marriage to Twain, who has since wed her cheating former friend's ex-husband Frederic Thiebaud."
