Governor El-Rufai Spotted Cleaning Kaduna Environs With A Shovel

Governor Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai of Kaduna state was yesterday spotted cleaning Kaduna environ with a shovel as he kicked-off the Keep Kaduna Clean Campaign (KKCC) campaign.
