With just six months to go before FIFA elects a new president, the pool of candidates has grown to seven. Political figures, football managers, former players… taking  a look at the men vying to take over the world’s governing football body.

While France’s Michel Platini, who currently heads the UEFA, is the favourite to replace Sepp Blatter as FIFA’s president, he could face stiff competition from Jordan’s Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, who officially announced his candidacy on Wednesday.
