Assualt charges against Chris Brown has been dropped

Two weeks ago, Chris Brown was named in an assault case by a woman who said she was forcibly thrown off his tour bus outside Colorado a club where he, French Montana and Fetty Wap were shooting a video. And from the footage obtained by TMZ, the woman was seen running out of the tour bus moments after Chris Brown got in.

Not long after, TMZ also confirmed that the police were investigating the case, and an angry Breezy took to social media to accuse the police of ‘unfair’ discrimination; he said they were delaying in releasing the identities of those who robbed his home weeks ago, but were quick to hop on the assault claim. He also went to Instagram to call the allegedly assaulted woman a ‘bitch.’
Well, TMZ has just reported that the woman’s claims have been thrown out by the woman herself who, for unexplained reasons, after hiring an attorney, suddenly does not want to pursue the case further.

“We’re told told cops interviewed other witnesses who were at the Denver strip club, and concluded they didn’t have the goods to present the case for charges,” TMZ reports.

Well, it is a lucky break for Breezy who is still publicly begging the Australian government to grant him visa to enable him attend a concert in Australia this December.
