Bill Cosby could face criminal charges for alleged sexual assault on Chloe Goins at the Playboy mansion in 2008, according to the Mirror.
The LAPD has turned over the results of its investigation into the allegation against the comedian to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for possible criminal charges and the case is under review, a D.A. spokesperson confirmed on Thursday.
Model Chloe Goins previously alleged that in 2008, when she was 18 years old, Cosby gave her a drink that caused her to black out at a Playboy party. She later woke up half-naked with Cosby, she said.
Cosby, 78, has strenuously denied being at the party at all.

Chloe is only one of many to speak out against Cosby and accuse the comedian of sexual assault – however, her accusations are of the most recent, with many other allegations of sexual assault occurring in the ’70s and ’80s, which are unlikely to face prosecution because of legal restrictions.

The Los Angeles County D.A. previously dismissed a case brought against Cosby by Judy Huth, who accused him of raping her when she was only 15 in 1974, because the alleged incident happened before 1988.
At least 50 women have accused Cosby of varying degrees of drugging and sexual assault. As recently as Wednesday, three more women – former waitress Sharon Van Ert and models Pamela Abeyta and Lisa Christie – came forward with new allegations of sexual assault and harassment.
TMZ first reported the news of the case moving to the D.A.
Cosby’s reps are yet to comment on the latest reports.
