Death of BET employee Kelly Mayhew following butt enlargement injections ruled as homicide, doctor still at large

Months ago, in June, BET staff 34-year-old Kelly Mayhew, drove to Queens, New York to get her butt enlarged by a quack who operated from a basement. Afterwards, she started having trouble with breathing. Mayhew later died.

Yesterday, her death was ruled as a homicide, but the doctor who administered the fake injection is yet to be tracked down. Mayhew had proudly showed off her newly acquired assets on social media, and speaking to the press, Mayhew’s mother said that Mayhew had, prior to that, had five plastic surgeries.

The New York Police department are still searching for the quack doctor. Also, they are yet to track down the friend who linked Mayhew to the doctor.
