Hungarian composer named Gabor Presser has filed $2.5 million lawsuit against Kanye West for stealing a song, “New Slaves” off his “Yeezus” album that was released in 2013.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Presser says ‘Ye did contact him and ask for his permission to feature “Gyongyhaju Lany” on the 2013 song. The composer agreed thinking that a formal deal would be arranged later.
However, Presser hasn’t received any money from West aside from a $10,000 advance check which he never cashed. He’s now seeking $2.5 million in damages from the Chicago spitter.
