Vin Diesel was fast and furious with his reaction to Charlize Theron saying kissing him was like locking lips with a "dead fish."
The actor expressed his shock over his co-stars words on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday, after the host brought up what Theron said about him during her recent visit.
ICYMI, the two swap spit in "Fate of the Furious," but Theron said it was anything but hot. "His character is frozen there, like a dead fish," Theron told Ellen. "That is what I was kissing. He's literally going around saying that I had the best time of my life."
"WHAT?! Come on guys! Do I look like a dead fish?!" Diesel exclaimed when DeGeneres relayed the message. "You don't come on Ellen with the wonderful animation of 'Finding Dory' and compare me to a dead fish!
During his visit, the actor also revealed why he was MIA from the franchise for the second and third films.
"Back in the ‘80s and the ‘90s, if you sequelized a movie, you lost every chance of it being a classic or something special, so I turned down the first two attempts at a sequel," he explained. "So they said, you produce it, you write it, and now we're here. All because of you," he added, thanking the fans.
"People think of the explosions and submarines and us doing the action set pieces, but at the core it's all love, that's what makes 'Fast and Furious' what it is."
