Adeniran said this at the Christmas Concert organised by the church at its National Headquarters in Lagos.
Speaking at the Christmas Concert which the church organized at its headquarters in lagos, Adeniran said.
“Nigeria should not be afraid, Nigeria should move into the New Year with faith that all will be well, Nigeria should move close to God at this time.
“I want to say that it is the duty of all Nigerians to pray for the peace of this country before election, during elections and after election.
“Those that love Nigeria shall prosper, they shall do well, and the price of peace cannot be compared with the cost of trouble.
“And we are praying that in this preparation for the elections in Nigeria that the great God of heaven will grant us peace.
“I have an assurance that if God can remove Ebola from Nigeria, He can remove some other things that can cause trouble for us at the macro level.’’
Also speaking, a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Rev. Tunde Lemo, also urged Nigerians to embrace God and put their trust in Him for ultimate peace.
“As Nigerians, if we can embrace the love of God to mankind there will be reconciliation, there will be forgiveness, we will not be killing ourselves and there will be peace all over the country.’’
