The budget presentation which began this morning, Tuesday, December 22 has in attendance President Buhari, Vice President Osibanjo, Senate President Bukola Saraki, Deputy Senate President Ekweremadu and honorable members of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
All formalities from National anthem to prayers have been said. The Senate President, Bukola Saraki has given his opening address and President Buhari has started addressing the joint Parliament.
