According to a twitter user ChiefBisong Etahoben(@ChiefBisongEta1 who is an international investigative journalist and newspaper Editor/Publisher, some Cameroonian Governors and local chiefs approached President Paul Biya to give them permission to fight Boko Haram using witchcraft.
