The Supreme Court today struck out the appeal brought before it by the Senate President Bukola Saraki challenging his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
This was the unanimous decision of the 7-person panel.
Saraki’s trial at the CCT will now proceed. He is currently facing 13-count charge of corruption and false declaration of assets at the CCT during his time as the governor of Kwara State.
