The former WAG looked sultry as she posed up a storm without realising she was exposing her nipple to red carpet revelers from beneath her skimpy black gown.
Lizzie clearly opted to up the sex appeal for her night on the town as she donned the stunning fishtail dress which offered a generous dose of cleavage while also flashing her entire back.
The unsupported straps on the gown worked against the stunning star as she shot an intense gaze over her shoulder which caused the dress to gape and reveal the near entirety of her breast.
The brunette beauty, who found fame through her marriage to footballer Jason Cundy in the 1990s, seemed blissfully unaware of her fashion faux pas as she continued to smoulder for the cameras.
