Jeremy Renner has finalized his divorce from his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, and will be paying her a good amount each month in child support.
TMZ obtained legal documents on Tuesday, December 29, that revealed the terms and conditions of the nasty court battle. According to the site, Renner will be dishing out $13,000 a month in child support for his 2-year-old daughter, Ava. He and Pacheco will be sharing custody of their little girl.
It was also revealed in the docs that if Renner, 44, makes more than $2.3 million a year, he will have to pay an additional five percent in child support. However, Renner’s wife will get nothing in spousal support.
Their agreement comes after a nasty year of duking out the terms of their split. In January, Pacheco filed for divorce from the Avengers actor after 10 months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
A source subsequently revealed to Us Weekly that Renner feared that Pacheco, a Canadian native, would flee the country with their daughter. At the time, she was requesting physical custody of Ava. “It wasn’t traditional,” one source said of the couple’s marriage. “But he was hopeful they could make it work for Ava. He’s devastated.”
In April, the two settled their custody battle.
According to TMZ, the Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation actor will get to keep most of his property, which includes a Tesla and Triumph motorcycle.
