The musicians, who have had an on-again, off-again relationship for years, were seen leaving The Nice Guy nightclub together in West Hollywood in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Pop star Katy, 31, wore her dark hair down over her face as the duo exited the trendy spot after dinner.
The singers first started dating in 2012, and split a few times before breaking up in early 2014.
However, they appeared to have reunited when they were photographed holding hands at Girls star Allison Williams’ wedding in September.
They were also seen on a date to Disneyland in May, when E! News reported they were dating again.
The couple stayed late at the club, leaving at 4.30am, reports TMZ.

John, 38, wore a long black coat with the collar up as the duo climbed into their waiting SUV.

left the club together.
